A place to buy and sell the world's property markets without owning property. You buy an index that tracks a city or a country's real estate, and you sell it back when you want out. Everything settles in USDG on Robinhood Chain.
Cities such as New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Paris, Madrid, Zurich, Stockholm, Athens, Warsaw, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Dubai, Riyadh, Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Singapore, Sydney, Auckland, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Johannesburg, plus country and global REIT benchmarks.
No. Property indexes normally sit behind a brokerage relationship in the country they belong to. Here it is a wallet and a USDG balance.
Yes. Pick up to five markets, set what share of the basket each one holds, and list it. It is buyable by everyone the moment you publish it.
Buying and selling
You put an amount of USDG into a market. That amount is stamped with the index level at the moment of the fill, and your holding moves with the level from there.
Sell. The holding is closed at the live level and what it is worth goes into your balance the same second, profit included, paid out of the treasury. Withdraw it to your wallet whenever you like.
Ten USDG a buy. There is no maximum, and no fee for listing an index.
Your holding is worth less, and selling returns less than you put in. There is no leverage and no liquidation, so the most you can lose is what you put into that holding.
Pricing
The live quote for each market from Yahoo Finance, converted into US dollars at the live exchange rate, multiplied by its weight, summed. The level is recomputed on the server at the moment of every trade.
Because that is how those markets are quoted. The largest landlord or developer in a city moves with the property market it sits in, and it is the only instrument on that market that prices every day.
TradingView, on candles, drawn from the same instrument the level is priced off. A basket is charted as a weighted expression of the markets inside it.
Balance
Every buy comes out of it and every sale goes back into it. You deposit USDG on Robinhood Chain to the treasury address, the transfer is verified on-chain before it is credited, and every deposit is deduplicated by transaction hash so the same transfer can never be counted twice.
Sell what you hold, then withdraw from your balance to your own wallet. Withdrawals are sent as USDG straight from the treasury.
You pay network gas to deposit and withdraw. There is no listing fee and no trading fee.
Risk
Property markets fall, sometimes sharply, on rate decisions and policy announcements. A market that is closed cannot be sold into until it reopens. Payouts depend on the Estate Index treasury being able to meet them. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and you should not commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
No. You are buying exposure to the level of a property index. There is no property, no deed and no rent. Holdings are synthetic and settle in USDG against your balance.
Start Buying
